Help your connections save on their business merchant service bills and earn Amazon vouchers for yourself!

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the Bespoke Merchant Solutions Refer a Friend Referral Programme (“Programme”)

Spread the word: Tell businesses about Bespoke Merchant Solutions Ltd (“BMS”) and how we can find them competitive card terminal prices through our expert broker services.

Ensure they mention you: When they contact us through the contact form, they must state your name and your organisation’s name as the referrer at the time of the initial inquiry. This is essential for you to receive your reward.

They sign up: The referred business signs a Merchant Service Membership agreement through our services.

You get rewarded!

Rewards:

£50 Amazon voucher for every referred business that signs a Merchant Service Membership agreement with Bespoke Merchant Solutions.
Bonus £100 Amazon voucher when you refer 5 businesses, and they all sign eligible waste management contracts with BMS.
This is an uncapped referral program! The more businesses you successfully refer, the more you earn.

Terms & Conditions:

Any organisations who are referred to us that exist on our client list will not result in a referral bonus.
The referred businesses must be based in the England, Scotland or Wales.
The referred business must be a new customer to Bespoke Merchant Services.
To be eligible for the reward, the referred business must mention your name and your organisation’s name during their initial enquiry.
The referred business must enter into and maintain a merchant services membership and terminal rental agreement with Bespoke Merchant Solutions.
Bespoke Merchant Solutions will aim to issue all Amazon vouchers within 30 working days of the referred business’s terminals being delivered. This will be issued via email voucher.
Bespoke Merchant Solutions reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this referral program at any time.
The referred organisation must agree to a minimum of 36 months service agreement.
Bespoke Merchant Solutions reserved the right to withhold rewards where signed agreements are terminated or rescinded early.
Bespoke Merchant Solutions reserves the right to substitute the stated reward with an alternative reward of equal or greater value where the original reward becomes unavailable or impractical to provide.

Fraud Prevention:

Bespoke Merchant Solutions reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent, abusive or manipulative activity related to this referral program. This includes, but is not limited to:

Self-referrals,
Creating fake accounts,
Providing false information, or
Any other attempt to manipulate the referral process.

Any rewards earned through fraudulent activity will be void, and Bespoke Merchant Solutions, at its discretion, terminate the accounts of those involved and pursue legal action if necessary.

Data Privacy:

Bespoke Merchant Solutions is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants in the referral program. We will collect and process personal data (such as names, email addresses, and company names) of referrers and referred businesses in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. This data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the referral program, verifying referrals, and issuing rewards. We will not share this information with any third parties without consent, except as required by law. Referrers and referred businesses have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data upon request. Participants must confirm that they have lawfully shared any personal data of the referred business with BMS and have the necessary authority to do so.

Termination of the Program:

Bespoke Merchant Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels. In the event of termination, any pending rewards will be honoured for eligible referrals made before the termination date, subject to the terms and conditions of the program.

Governing Law:

This referral program and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

Amazon is not a sponsor of this Programme and is not affiliated with Bespoke Merchant Solutions Ltd. Amazon vouchers are provided solely as a reward under this Programme.
